Terms of Use

Rinsox is provided by Arity Craft Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Mauritius at Coastal Road, Suite 005, Grand Baie Business Park, 30515, Grand Baie, Republic of Mauritius. In these terms “we” and “us” mean Arity Craft Limited. By using Rinsox you agree to these terms.

What the service does

Rinsox is software for car washes. Car washes use it to publish their services and prices, manage branches and staff, and take and run bookings. Customers use it to browse a car wash’s services and book with that car wash.

The platform is still being built. A feature is offered only once it is available in the application; screens marked as a preview show sample information only and do not create real bookings.

The platform and the car wash

We provide the software. The car wash you book with provides the wash. It sets its own services, prices and opening hours, and it is responsible for the service it delivers and for its agreement with you.

Nothing in these terms, or in a car wash’s conditions, removes rights you have under consumer protection law.

Booking a wash

Give accurate details when you book. Signing in never books a time or charges you. A booking exists only once the booking page shows it as booked.

You can book without an account, using your vehicle registration number, name and contact phone number. An account stays optional, for membership, loyalty and other registered features. After booking you get a private link to your booking: keep it private, because anyone with the link can see the booking. The link stops working a number of days after the appointment, set by the car wash, or sooner if the car wash issues you a new one.

Where the car wash asks for payment before the wash, your time is held while it waits for your payment, for a period the car wash sets and shows you. You pay the car wash directly, using the payment details it shows (for example a bank transfer, a mobile wallet or payment at the car wash). Your booking is confirmed once the car wash records that it has received the deposit or full payment it asks for. If the payment does not arrive in time, the time may be released for other customers.

Rinsox does not take or hold these payments. Refunds and missed bookings for payments made to a car wash follow that car wash’s own conditions. This does not affect your rights under consumer protection law.

Online deposits and payments through the platform are planned and not yet available. When they are, a booking will be confirmed by paying a non-refundable deposit or paying in full; with a deposit, the balance is paid at the car wash. If you miss a booking, you will be able to reschedule and your deposit carries over to the new booking; if you do not reschedule within the period shown, the deposit is forfeited. The amount to pay and the reschedule period will be shown before you pay. This does not affect your rights under consumer protection law.

Business accounts

If you register a car wash, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business. You are responsible for keeping its details, prices and conditions accurate, for the staff you give access to and the roles you give them, and for removing access that is no longer needed. Staff act for the business that gave them access.

A car wash is responsible for the customer details it collects through Rinsox: it must have a lawful reason to use them, give its customers any information the law requires, and use them only to provide and manage its services. We process those details for the car wash as described in our Privacy Policy.

Any fees for business use of Rinsox are agreed with the business before they are charged; the application does not take platform payments today. A business’s own prices to its customers are separate from any fees it pays us.

Invoices, receipts and tax

Downloadable booking documents (confirmations, invoices and payment receipts) are planned and not yet available. When they are, each document will name the car wash as the seller, and a payment receipt will be issued only for a payment that has actually been received.

For Mauritius-based car washes, an optional integration with the Mauritius Revenue Authority’s e-invoicing system is planned. It will be off by default and can be activated by the business owner. Each car wash remains responsible for its own tax and invoicing obligations, whether or not it activates the integration. We do not certify that a business is compliant.

Accounts and access

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google where it is offered. Keep access to your email account secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Acceptable use

Do not use Rinsox for anything unlawful, do not try to disrupt or overload it, do not try to reach data you have not been given access to, do not submit details of people without the right to do so, and do not resell access to it. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Rinsox available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a car wash’s services, prices or conditions, or for losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects account holders, we will tell them before it takes effect. Continuing to use Rinsox after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
